1) The easiest way to pay for the pattern is with paypal.

Why? This is the easiest method for both, the buyer and the seller.
- You do not have to send your account number to anyone.
- The payment is free for the buyer.
- The download is available directly after you have paid for it.

2) In fact some costumer wanted to pay with Eurobanktransfer, so we offer this, too.
You have to choose this option when checking out. You will get an Email with our account numbers (IBAN and BIC) after you have send the money (and after we have received it) we will activate the download.
You get a mail telling you, that your download is available.

Shopping carts that are not paid after 14 days will be deleted.

3) Depending on the method of payment you have chosen you will get your pattern immediately or after we have received your payment.
If you send money with paypal, you can download your pattern direct after payment.
If you send money with EU Banktransfer (IBAN and BIC) it may take up to 7 days until we receive your money and activate the download.

4) If you have send your money with paypal please do not close the window after payment.
You will be transfered back to the shop and to your available downloads.
If you have paid with Eurobanktransfer (IBAN and BIC) you will get a mail, telling you that we received your money and that your downloads are available.


5) If you have paid with paypal, you will be send to your downloads directly after payment.
Please do not close the paypal-window.
If you have paid with EU Banktransfer and have received the mail telling you that your downloads are available now, You just have to log in.

To log in click "anmelden" on the first page (www.perlenmuster.de)
On the next page choose "Ich bin bereits Kunde“ and add your email and choosen password.
Click "anmelden" and you have logged in.

Now click "Ihr Konto" (right side) or "Konto" (middle).
Choose "Anzeigen" next to the order you want to download, and you will see your available downloads.
Save and/or print them.

6) Your pattern is not printed, you will get a pdf file to print yourself.
To open this kind of file you need to have Acrobat Reader installed on your PC.
If you do not have this reader you can download it for free on this site: http://www.adobe.com/de/

7) First you have to create a customer account.
If you create a new account you are logged in automatically.
If you are a returning customer you have to :

a) log in (To log in click "anmelden" on the first page (www.perlenmuster.de)
On the next page choose "Ich bin bereits Kunde“ and add your email and choosen password.
Click "anmelden" and you have logged in)
b) Put the pattern you like in your shopping cart by clicking „In den Korb“ (please do not use the shopping cart buttons next to the thumbnails)
c) If you click on „Warenkorb“ (top-right) you can see the content of your shopping cart.
d) If everything is allright choose „Kasse“ (bottom-right)
e) Take a lool if your adress and email are allright, choose the methode of payment (Paypal or EU Banktransfer), accept the AGB than click „weiter“ (bottom-right).
f) Now click „Bestellen“ and your order is completed.
g) If you have choosen EU Banktransfer,
- you will get an email with our bank account number. Just send the money, and after we received it, we will activate your downloads. (see 5) for further informations)
If you have decided to use paypal,
- you will be transfered to the Paypalsite, now log in to your paypalaccount and make your payment.
After you have paid, you will see a button „Zurück zu perlenmuster“ (back to perlenmuster) or you will be send back automatically.
If the button appears you have to click it!!!
You are send to a page with your downloads.

If you have paid and were not send back to perlenmuster.de, just go to www.perlenmuster.de , log in, choose „Mein Konto“ und you will see your downloads.

8) You can download your patterns 2 times during 14 days. You are allowed to print the patterns and /or save them on your PC.

9) The best choice would be to contact the author of the pattern.
Most authors have added their contact infos on the patterns. Otherwise you can find email adresses if you click „Informationen“ (left side) and than „Die Autoren“ .
